Jagdrevier Plus erhebt, speichert oder überträgt keine personenbezogenen Daten an den Entwickler oder Dritte. Die App funktioniert vollständig ohne Benutzerkonten oder Registrierung.
Alle von dir eingegebenen Daten — GPS-Koordinaten, Fotos, Jagdtagebuch, Notizen, Kontakte — werden ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät in IndexedDB und LocalStorage gespeichert. Der Entwickler hat zu keiner Zeit Zugang zu diesen Daten.
Der GPS-Standort wird nur auf explizite Anfrage abgerufen (Standort-Button, Wetter). Er wird nicht dauerhaft gespeichert. Für Wetterdaten wird ein gerundeter Standort an Open-Meteo übermittelt (siehe §7).
Fotos werden nur mit deiner ausdrücklichen Genehmigung aufgenommen und ausschließlich lokal in der App gespeichert. Es erfolgt keine Übertragung an Dritte.
Beim Laden von Kartenkacheln wird deine IP-Adresse an OSM-Server übermittelt. Es werden keine personenbezogenen Daten gespeichert.

Du kannst alle lokal gespeicherten Daten jederzeit über Info → Datensicherung → Alle Daten löschen entfernen. Mit der Deinstallation der App werden alle Daten gelöscht.
Da keine Daten an den Entwickler oder Dritte übertragen werden, hast du die vollständige Kontrolle. Du kannst alle Daten jederzeit einsehen, berichtigen oder löschen.
Wenn du ein Konto bei Jagdrevier Plus hast, kannst du es jederzeit vollständig löschen. Dabei werden alle gespeicherten Serverdaten entfernt: E-Mail, Passwort, Abo-Status, Push-Token und alle weiteren personenbezogenen Daten. Eine aktive Stripe-Subscription wird automatisch gekündigt.

Jagdrevier Plus does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to the developer or any third party. The app works entirely without user accounts or registration.
All data you enter — GPS coordinates, photos, hunting journal, notes, contacts — is stored exclusively on your device using IndexedDB and LocalStorage. The developer has no access to this data at any time.
Location is accessed only when you explicitly request it (location button, weather). It is not stored permanently. For weather data, a rounded location is sent to Open-Meteo (see §7).
Photos are captured only with your explicit permission and stored exclusively within the app on your device. No photos are transmitted to any third party.
When loading map tiles, your IP address is transmitted to OSM servers. No personal data is stored.

You can delete all locally stored data at any time via Info → Data Backup → Delete All Data. Uninstalling the app removes all data permanently.
Since no data is transmitted to the developer or third parties, you retain full control. You can view, correct, or delete all your data at any time.
If you have a Jagdrevier Plus account, you can delete it at any time. This removes all server-side data: email, password, subscription status, push token and all personal data. An active Stripe subscription will be automatically cancelled.

Jagdrevier Plus ne collecte, ne stocke ni ne transmet aucune donnée personnelle au développeur ou à des tiers. L'application fonctionne entièrement sans compte utilisateur ni inscription.
Toutes les données que vous saisissez — coordonnées GPS, photos, journal de chasse, notes, contacts — sont stockées exclusivement sur votre appareil via IndexedDB et LocalStorage. Le développeur n'a à aucun moment accès à ces données.
La localisation GPS n'est accessible qu'à votre demande explicite (bouton localisation, météo). Elle n'est pas stockée en permanence. Pour les données météo, une position approximative (arrondie) est envoyée à Open-Meteo (voir §7).
Les photos sont prises uniquement avec votre autorisation explicite et stockées localement dans l'application. Aucune photo n'est transmise à un tiers.
Le chargement des tuiles cartographiques transmet votre adresse IP aux serveurs OSM. Aucune donnée personnelle n'est stockée.

Lors de la demande météo, une position GPS arrondie est transmise. Open-Meteo ne stocke aucune donnée personnelle.

Vous pouvez supprimer toutes les données locales à tout moment via Infos → Sauvegarde → Supprimer toutes les données. La désinstallation de l'application supprime définitivement toutes les données.
Aucune donnée n'étant transmise au développeur ou à des tiers, vous gardez le contrôle total. Vous pouvez consulter, rectifier ou supprimer toutes vos données à tout moment.
Si vous avez un compte Jagdrevier Plus, vous pouvez le supprimer à tout moment. Cela supprime toutes les données serveur : e-mail, mot de passe, statut d'abonnement, token push et toutes les données personnelles. Un abonnement Stripe actif sera automatiquement résilié.
